Who uses a property manager's website
A property manager's site serves three very different readers. Residents want to report a dripping tap or a cold radiator, tell the housing company they are moving and find the emergency number fast. Board members want to know what the management contract covers and what happens in the year between the financial statements and the general meeting.
Sellers and estate agents need a manager's certificate with the right attachments, often in a hurry. When all three groups find their answer without calling the office, the manager's phone stays free for the matters that need a person.
How the Rantakivi demo does it
Rantakivi is a fictional management office that Virtueinfo built to show what we make for this trade. The home page splits visitors by role, and the 24-hour maintenance number sits at the top of every page.
The fault report form is the centre of the resident side. The resident picks a category: water leak, heating, door and lock, electricity or other. Each choice shows short advice, such as closing the flat's water valve during a leak or checking the radiator thermostat first. Choosing a leak or marking the fault urgent brings up a notice to call the 24-hour line instead of waiting for the form, with 112 for fire or injury. The form also asks whether maintenance may enter with a master key.
Boards get an annual cycle in six tabbed periods with a marker showing where the year is today, and each period separates the board's tasks from the manager's. The certificate page lets the seller add attachments and express delivery while the total updates beside the form.
What we would set up for your management office
For a real Finnish office we build the site in Finnish with English or Swedish and send fault reports, moving notices and certificate orders to the right inbox or straight into your property management software. Building-specific notices and documents can sit behind a resident login if you need them.
We set up structured data for the business, your Google Business Profile and pages for the towns you serve. Analytics load only after consent, and the forms collect no more personal data than the task needs. Forms are tested with a keyboard and screen reader, and we handle updates and backups after launch.
