What homeowners look for
A heat pump is a large purchase, and most people start by asking whether it will pay off in their own house. They compare ground source with air-to-water, wonder whether a borehole fits on the plot and want to know what happens to the old oil tank.
The website has to answer these questions plainly, including when a system will not pay off. Clear answers make a homeowner more willing to book a survey.
How the demo handles it
The demo business, Routaraja Lämpö in Seinäjoki, is fictional. Virtueinfo made it to show what we build. Its signature feature is a savings estimator. The visitor enters the floor area, the current heating and either the yearly consumption, the yearly cost or nothing, and picks the system they are considering.
The estimator combines the low and high ends of each assumption and shows the saving and the payback time as a range, labelled as an estimate and not a binding offer. All assumptions sit in a table below the result, so the homeowner can check them. A button under the result leads to the survey form, which asks for the details an installer needs before the visit.
What we would set up for your company
For a real installer we put your own prices and efficiency ranges into the estimator and update them when energy prices move. The site is written in Finnish with an English or Swedish version, and each service area appears in the page text and the search markup.
We connect the survey form to your email, WhatsApp or CRM and set up your Google Business Profile for local search. Analytics run only after the visitor gives consent, the pages meet accessibility requirements, and we keep the site updated after launch.
