What plumbing customers look for
Plumbing customers arrive in two moods. One has water on the floor and needs to know what to do right now and who will answer the phone. The other is planning a water heater swap or a bathroom renovation and wants a written price and the household tax credit explained.
Both want to know early whether the company works in their area and how the price is agreed before work starts.
How the demo handles it
Kuparivirta LVI in Kerava is a fictional company that Virtueinfo made to show what we build. The home page has a postcode checker. The visitor types a five-digit postcode and sees at once whether it falls in the core area or the extended area, where a travel charge may apply.
The quote form runs in three short steps: what needs fixing and how urgent it is, the property type and a description with photos, then contact details and the preferred reply method. If the visitor picks the emergency option, the form tells them to close the main valve and call instead. The emergency phone number stays visible in a strip at the top of every page.
What we would set up for your company
For a real plumbing company we load your own postcodes and areas into the checker. The site is written in Finnish with an English or Swedish version, and the tax credit page follows the current rules from the Tax Administration.
We send quote requests and photos to your email, WhatsApp or job management system and set up your Google Business Profile for local search. Analytics run only after consent, the pages meet accessibility requirements, and we maintain the site after launch.
