What cleaning customers look for
A busy household wants a fixed price per visit and the real cost after the household tax credit. A tenant moving out needs a fixed price by size and a list that matches what the landlord will check. A small office wants evening cleaning and clear rules for keys and alarms.
All of them want to know what is on the cleaning list and what happens if something is missed.
How the demo handles it
Saniainen Siivous in Vantaa is a fictional company that Virtueinfo made to show what we build. Its signature feature is the price estimate. The visitor picks the home type, size band, number of bathrooms, how often and any extras. The price per visit and the estimated duration update at once.
Next to the price the estimator shows the cost after the household tax credit, for one or two people claiming, and a yearly breakdown for regular cleaning. It is labelled as an estimate. The booking form below carries the estimate, so the customer only adds a day, an arrival window, the district and contact details. The move-out page has a room-by-room checklist the visitor can tick off.
What we would set up for your company
For a real cleaning company we put your own time and price model into the estimator and keep the tax credit rules current with the Tax Administration. The site is written in Finnish with an English or Swedish version.
We send bookings to your email, WhatsApp or scheduling system and set up your Google Business Profile for local search in your districts. Analytics run only after consent, the pages meet accessibility requirements, and we maintain the site after launch.
