What dental patients look for
Many patients come back after years without a check-up and are nervous about the bill. Others have toothache and need a time today. Families compare private clinics and ask what Kela pays.
A clinic website should state from-prices, say plainly what a first visit involves and make it easy to book a time that fits around work.
How the demo handles it
Hammaslääkäriasema Lumme in Hämeenlinna is a fictional clinic that Virtueinfo made to show what we build. Its signature feature is the booking page. The patient picks a reason, a day and a time from morning, afternoon or evening rows. Friday and Saturday hours are respected, and booked times are crossed out.
Urgent toothache times sit in their own row and stay free for patients who cannot wait. Every toothache link on the site opens the booking page with that reason already selected. The price page explains Kela reimbursement in plain Finnish and shows a sample receipt where the Kela share is a separate line.
What we would set up for your clinic
For a real clinic we write the site in Finnish with an English or Swedish version and keep the Kela text in line with Kela's current rules. We connect the booking form to your email or your appointment system, or link to your existing online booking.
We set up your Google Business Profile and local search markup for your town and nearby municipalities. Analytics start only after the visitor gives consent, which matters on a health care site. The pages meet accessibility requirements, and we maintain them after launch.
